Order/Data Inquiry:
You can find the [Orders] section in the [Personal Center] of the mall. Select the relevant order to view its status and detailed information.
Order Email Notifications:
Generally, we will send you the latest email notifications when there is a change in your [Order Status], including information on [Order Status], [Payment Status], and [Delivery Status].
Checking Delivery Progress:
In the order details, you can view the latest delivery status:
- Shipped: This indicates that the order items have been dispatched. Relevant logistics information, including the tracking number, will be displayed on the details page. Please use this waybill number on the logistics company's official website to check the delivery progress.
- Preparing/Shipping: This means we are processing your order and preparing the items.
- Arrived/Picked Up: This indicates that the package has been delivered, and please collect it promptly. If you have not received the package under this status, please contact our customer service immediately.
SF Express Inquiry Methods:
- Use the recipient's phone number to check logistics information on the SF Express official website or APP.
- Use the tracking number (waybill number) to check logistics information on the SF Express official website or APP.
