How to Purchase Products?
You can search for products on this website in different ways:
- Search by Product Name/Keyword: You can enter relevant keywords in the search bar on the homepage or in the search tool on any page.
- Search by Product Category: Click on the product category you need in the navigation bar at the top of the online store to browse all products in that category.
- Search by Brand: Click on "Brands" in the navigation bar and select the brand name to browse all products related to that brand.
- Search by Promotions: Click on "Latest Offers" in the navigation bar to view promotional products by category or campaign.
Delivery Time and Areas
- Delivery Time: After confirming receipt of payment, we will arrange for shipment within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery will be handled by a courier service, which typically takes 1-5 business days. Please refer to the courier’s delivery time. (Ensure that your phone or email can receive notifications related to your order.)
- Delivery Area: Delivery service is only available within Hong Kong.

My Order Has Not Arrived After 7 Days
If your payment was successful and you have not received your items after 7 business days, please contact us via WhatsApp at 92458205 and provide your order number for follow-up.
Are There Any Special Restrictions for SF Express Smart Lockers/Convenience Stores?
SF Express Smart Lockers/Convenience Stores cannot accommodate more than 10 items, original boxes, or other larger capacity products. If the total quantity/weight of your selected products exceeds the service range, SF Express customer service will contact you directly and arrange for delivery to the nearest SF Express station for pickup.
Can I Change the Delivery Address After Confirming My Order Online?
Generally, once an order is confirmed, we cannot cancel or change the order details or delivery content.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Successful Payment?
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot cancel or change the order details. Refunds are not supported for products unless there's a quality issue.

There is no minimum spending amount for online orders.
What Should I Do If I Receive Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Products?
If you receive incorrect items, incorrect quantities, damaged products, or other issues, please contact us via WhatsApp at 92458205 within 48 hours, providing your order number and photos of the issues. We will address the problem within 1-3 business days.
What is the Shelf Life of Online Store Products?
Generally, the shelf life of products is at least 3 months from the date of shipment, excluding gifts and specially noted items.
The Actual Product Received Differs from the Online Store Images
The images and information on the online store are for reference only. Please refer to the packaging for product details; everything is based on the actual product. All new and old packaging, promotional sets, and gifts are sent randomly.
