Our company uses courier services to provide home delivery or pick-up points at smart lockers and convenience stores.
To enhance service quality, our company generally prioritizes SF Express. However, for larger quantities or oversized items, we may use other courier services.
Smart lockers/convenience store pick-up points have size limitations. Please do not select pick-up point services for larger quantities or oversized items.

Shipping Instructions
Orders will be dispatched approximately 1-5 working days after placing the order (excluding the order day), not including Sundays and public holidays. If items are out of stock, shipping times will be delayed.
Delivery times are from Monday to Sunday. Please refer to the courier company's delivery times.
In case of holidays with a high volume of orders or unforeseen natural disasters, shipping may be delayed.
