Return and Exchange Policy
By completing payment, customers agree that orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. All products on this website are not eligible for return or exchange unless due to product quality issues. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This clause also applies to orders placed via online shopping with in-store pickup.
In the event of a return or exchange due to quality issues, please contact us and provide supporting evidence within 3 days of receiving the goods. You may reach our customer service representatives via WhatsApp at 92458205, and provide your order number along with photos of the defective product to facilitate processing.
Return and Refund
We will begin processing your refund upon receipt of the returned item, which normally takes 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For example, payments made by credit card will be refunded to the corresponding credit card. Actual receipt time depends on the respective payment channel.
Exchange
We only accept exchanges for products of equal or higher value than the purchased item. Any price difference must be settled by the customer.
Order Confirmation
Please ensure all information provided is correct before confirming your order. No amendments or cancellations will be allowed once the order has been submitted.
We may combine orders for shipment if they use the same contact number and delivery address.
Undeliverable Orders
If goods are lost or returned due to an incomplete delivery address, failed delivery after multiple attempts, recipient refusal, or delayed collection, the customer shall be responsible for any lost items. When the courier returns the order to the sender, we will deduct the corresponding shipping fee and a 10% administrative handling fee from the refund, with the remaining balance to be returned to the customer.
We may arrange re-delivery of the returned order for you, subject to a $20 administrative fee and relevant shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
