Return and Exchange Policy
All products on this website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue. Thank you for your understanding.
For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representative via WhatsApp at 92458205 and provide the relevant order number and photos of the product in question for processing.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned items, we will initiate the refund process, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used to place the order. For example, if payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the credit card, and the actual time for the refund to appear will depend on the payment provider.
Exchanges:
Only exchanges for products of equal or greater value than the purchased item will be accepted, with the difference to be paid.
Before confirming your order, please ensure that the information provided is correct. No modifications or cancellations can be made once the order is submitted.
In cases where the same phone number and delivery address are used for multiple orders, we may consolidate the shipments.
Undeliverable Orders:
If items are returned due to an unclear shipping address, multiple delivery attempts with no one available to receive the package, refusal to accept the package, or exceeding the pickup time, the shipping company will return the order to the sender.
When the shipping company returns the order, we will deduct the shipping costs incurred from the refund as a processing fee for the returned order. The remaining balance will be refunded according to the customer's original payment method. We can arrange to resend the returned order, but the related shipping costs will be borne by you.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
