This website (https://www.lemonmallhk.com/) and the Lemon Mall mobile application (collectively, the "Platform" or "Online Store") are owned and operated by Lemonmallhk Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "Lemon Mall").
By logging in, browsing, registering an account, or using any services or purchasing any products on this Online Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the store.
These Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

1.7 If a User Account has no login or transaction records for 12 consecutive months, the account may be deactivated, and accumulated points and vouchers in the account may lapse and become void.

2.1 Prices displayed on this Online Store are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). All prices exclude delivery fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.3 Pricing Error Disclaimer (Typo Error): In the event that a product price or promotional information is displayed incorrectly due to system malfunction, human error, or technical issues, Lemon Mall reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund without incurring additional liability for compensation.
2.4 Prices offered on this Online Store apply to online purchases only; prices or promotions for certain products may differ from physical stores or third-party platforms.
Payment Methods
3.1 This Online Store accepts various payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other electronic payment tools supported by the store system.
3.2 Title to and risk of loss for products shall pass to the customer upon full payment receipt and completion of delivery.
Delivery Service and Logistics
4.1 Orders reaching the specified spending threshold on the Online Store enjoy free delivery; orders below the threshold will be charged corresponding delivery fees.
4.2 Delivery Methods: Coordinated logistics providers include SF Express, Kerry Express, Jumppoint, Hong Kong Post, DHL, or other logistics service providers designated by the Company.
4.3 Delivery Coverage: Delivery services apply within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Certain remote areas or outlying islands may incur additional logistics surcharges, or be limited to designated pickup points/smart lockers. Details are subject to checkout page displays or courier policies.
4.4 Dispatch Instructions:(a) Upon order confirmation and successful payment (excluding order date), goods are generally dispatched within 1-5 business days (excluding public holidays). If an item is out of stock, dispatch time will be extended, or customer service will notify you to cancel the order and process a refund.(b) All estimated delivery times are for reference only. Actual delivery times are subject to courier schedules and traffic conditions.(c) In cases of severe weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning), force majeure, or traffic disruptions, delivery services will be suspended and postponed.
4.5 Undeliverable Orders: If goods are returned due to inaccurate delivery addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts, recipient refusal, or failure to collect items within the stipulated timeframe, actual round-trip freight charges and handling processing fees will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining balance returned to the original payment account; alternatively, re-delivery can be arranged upon payment of supplemental shipping fees.
Order Changes, Returns, and Refunds
5.1 Once an order is submitted and payment is successful, the system automatically enters processing. Unilateral modifications, cancellations, or arbitrary exchange requests by customers will not be accepted.
5.2 Product Sourcing Disclaimer & Parallel Import Policy:Products offered on this Online Store may include "Hong Kong Local Authorized Versions" or "Parallel Import Versions" (i.e., authentic versions directly procured from overseas markets). Depending on production batches or regional releases, product outer packaging text, language instructions, packaging designs, or specifications may vary, but the Company guarantees that all products sold are authentic and genuine. Customers shall not request returns, exchanges, or refunds on the grounds that a product is a parallel import, has different packaging language, or differs from the packaging of local authorized versions.
5.3 Product Quality and Return Guarantee:(a) Customers must inspect product quantity and condition immediately upon receipt. If products are found severely damaged (e.g., bottle leakage, broken container), defective in quality, or incorrect, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt with the order number and relevant photos.(b) Upon confirmation and approval by Lemon Mall, we will arrange product exchanges or refund processing for you.(c) The following conditions do not constitute product quality defects, and the Company shall not accept requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
Minor compression, dents, wear, or slight tears on outer packaging (e.g., outer paper boxes, plastic shrink wraps) caused during transit, provided that the integrity, sealing, and normal usage of the product itself are not compromised;
Product packaging upgrades or transitions between old and new packaging;
Packaging or labeling differences between parallel imports and local authorized versions;
Minor color variations due to personal monitor display settings;
Personal subjective preferences (e.g., fragrance, texture, performance not meeting expectations, or individual skin allergic reactions).

All content on this website and application (including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, software, and trademarks) belongs to Lemonmallhk Limited or has been licensed by relevant rights holders.
