This online store (http://www.lemonmallhk.com) and the Lemon Mall mobile application (collectively referred to as "this Online Store" or "Lemon Mall Official Online Store") are designed and developed by Lemon Mall for customers to use its online services. This Online Store is owned and operated by Lemon Mall (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we").
By accessing, browsing, or using this Online Store or any part thereof, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
(a) "Affiliate": Refers to our parent company, subsidiaries, or any company directly or indirectly holding our shares.
(b) "Click & Collect": Refers to the service where customers choose to collect products ordered via this Online Store at a Lemon Mall physical store.
(c) "Customer": Refers to any individual who accesses, browses, and uses this Online Store and places an order with us, including (but not limited to) you.
(d) "Legal Notice and Disclaimer": Refers to the legal notice and disclaimer applicable to this Online Store, a copy of which is available [here].
(e) "Privacy Policy": Refers to Lemon Mall’s policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access of personal data related to this Online Store.
(f) "Price": Refers to the applicable price of the product in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) at the time of the actual transaction.
(g) "Product": Refers to any and all products offered for sale on this Online Store.
(h) "User Account": Refers to an account created by a customer on this Online Store after applying and being approved by us.
(i) "Terms and Conditions": Refers to these Terms and Conditions, the Legal Notice and Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy.
(j) "Transaction": Refers to an order placed by a customer to purchase products from Lemon Mall through this Online Store.
1.2 All products sold by Lemon Mall through this Online Store are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions include the Legal Notice and Disclaimer, Online Store Usage Terms, and Privacy Policy.
1.4 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration details to register and open a User Account.
1.5 Lemon Mall reserves the absolute right to refuse registration or terminate any customer’s User Account at any time for any reason.
1.6 You agree to be responsible for all activities conducted through your User Account and assume all resulting liabilities.
1.7 Placing an order constitutes your agreement to purchase the product(s) under these Terms and Conditions.
1.8 You must keep your User Account password confidential.
1.9 The maximum order quantity per product is generally 40 units, or as otherwise specified by Lemon Mall.
1.10 All products and prices are for reference only and subject to the actual transaction.
1.11 If a User Account remains inactive for 6 months, it will be deactivated, and all accumulated points and coupons will be voided.
2. Pricing
2.1 Lemon Mall strives to ensure that the prices, product details, and specifications displayed on this Online Store are up to date but reserves the right to make changes at any time.
2.2 Prices on this Online Store apply only to online purchases and may differ from those in physical stores.
2.3 Due to stock shortages or other reasons, the online invoice may differ from the final invoice.
2.4 All prices exclude delivery fees.
3. Payment
3.1 This Online Store accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
3.2 Lemon Mall may change payment methods at any time and will notify customers accordingly.
4. Delivery Service
4.1 Free delivery is available for single orders meeting a specified amount.
4.2 All delivery times are estimates, and actual times will be communicated to customers.
4.3 Delivery services are limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and do not include outlying islands.
4.4 Delivery services may be suspended during severe weather conditions.
4.5 Delivery Methods
Express delivery via logistics partners: SF Express, Kerry Express, Jumppoint, Hong Kong Post, DHL, or other logistics service providers selected by the Company.
4.5.1 Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within approximately 1-5 business days (excluding the order date and public holidays).
If products are out of stock, shipping may be delayed or the order canceled for a refund.
Delivery is scheduled from Monday to Sunday, subject to the logistics provider’s schedule.
Delays may occur during public holidays, peak order periods, or force majeure events.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an unclear delivery address, multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package on time, the shipping company will return the order to the sender. In such cases, we will deduct the incurred shipping and handling fees from the refund as a return processing fee, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method. We may arrange to reship the returned order upon request.
5. Order Processing & Returns/Refunds
5.1
Ensure all order details are correct before submission.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission.
Once payment is confirmed, exchanges, returns, or cancellations are only accepted for quality-related issues.
If we cannot deliver the product for any reason, a full refund (including shipping fees) will be issued within approximately 3-7 business days.
5.2 Customers may not return products without Lemon Mall’s approval.
5.3 Product images are for reference only. Discrepancies between images and actual products do not qualify for returns.
5.4 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5.5 Lemon Mall reserves the final decision in case of disputes.
6. Educational Content
6.1 Lemon Mall may provide health and wellness information for reference only, which does not substitute professional medical advice.
7. Personal Data & Information
7.1 Customers must provide necessary personal data to open a User Account.
7.2 Lemon Mall manages collected personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
8. Product Information
Products are non-returnable unless defective. Descriptions and images are for reference only, and discrepancies do not qualify for returns/exchanges.

10. Intellectual Property
